Making every customer happy. That’s the goal of Aisha Mäder who has been working in our Customer Service Team since March 2018. «I love to make people happy. Therefore I feel home here at Mila as the company also helps people.»
Her day normally starts checking the email inbox. «But it usually doesn’t take long until the phone rings.» Throughout the day she talks to Mila Friends and Mila Pros but also Mila Customers call Aisha to schedule a service call for them. «I’d say that that is the best part of my job, when someone calls who experiences a tech problem and you can find a Mila Friend in no time.»
